Question Discussion & Solution

The correct answer is In 2004.

•  Darrah National Park was established in 2004.

Key Points

•  Darrah National Park
  • Mukundara Hills National Park is a national park in Rajasthan with an area of 759.99 km².
  • It was established in 2004 and consists of three wildlife sanctuaries: Darrah Wildlife Sanctuary, National Chambal Sanctuary, and Jawahar Sagar Wildlife Sanctuary.
  • It is located in the Kathiawar-Gir dry deciduous forests.
  • 1955 – Darrah was declared a wildlife sanctuary.
  • 2004 – Declared as Mukundra Hills National Park.
  • 2013 – Got approval from NTCA & declared as Tiger Reserve.
  • 2020 – Moefcc notifies MHTR Eco-Sensitive Zone

Additional Information

• About Rajasthan Wildlife
  • Rajasthan has Ranthambore National and Sariska National Park and Mukundara as a tiger reserve.
  • The UNESCO World Heritage Site Keoladeo National park along with Tal Chhapar, Van Vihar, and Jorbeed are for bird destinations in the state.
  • The Desert National Park is home to the critically endangered species of Great Indian Bustard.
  • Apart from these, Rajasthan is home to a large number of leopards, blackbuck, great Indian spotted eagle, and marsh crocodiles.

• Dioptre is the S.I. Unit of Power of a lens.
• A dioptre is equal to the reciprocal of the focal length measured in metres.
• Power of a lens is the ability of a lens to converge or diverge light rays depending on its focal length.

The correct answer is Hard Disk.

• In a typical desktop computer,  Hard disk memory sizes would be the largest.
• had a capacity of 1 to 8 terabytes, with the largest-capacity drives reaching 20 terabytes (single-disk drives, "dual" drives are available up to 24 TB).
• Smaller, laptop internal 2.5-inch drives, are available up to 5 TB.
  • Register> RAM> Cache> Hard disk.

Key Points

• RAM
  • RAM is a hardware element where the data being currently used is stored.
  • It is a volatile memory.
  • Two types of RAM are
    • Static RAM, or (SRAM) and
    • Dynamic RAM, or (DRAM).
• Register
  • A register holds instructions or data that the processor is working on or will be working on shortly.
  • They form part of the processor and are capable of holding only one item at a time.
• Cache
  • Cache memory is an area in the computer where codes and instructions are stored.
• Hard disk
  • A hard disk drive is an electromechanical data storage device that stores and retrieves digital data using magnetic storage.

Additional Information

• There are four major storage levels on the computer:
  • Internal –
    • Processor registers and cache.
  • Main –
    • The system RAM and controller cards.
  • On-line mass storage –
    • Secondary storage.
  • Off-line bulk storage –
    • Tertiary and Off-line storage.

Key Points

 An array is defined as the collection of similar types of data items stored at contiguous memory locations. Arrays are the derived data type in C programming language which can store the primitive type of data such as int, char, double, float, etc. C array is beneficial if you have to store similar elements.

int array[] = {2, 3, 4, 5}; This array storage be like,

The above array at index I can be accessed by, a[i], i[a], *(a+i) or *(i+a) all the above representations all are equal and gives the i th index value.

printf(%d', 2[array]); So, it gives the 2^nd  index value. i.e 4.

Hence the correct answer is 4.

Additional InformationProgram:

#include
int main()
{
    int arr[] = { 2, 3, 4, 5 };
    printf("%d ",arr[2]);
    printf("%d ",2[arr]);
    printf("%d ",*(2+arr));
    printf("%d ",*(arr+2));
    return 0;
}

Output: 4 4 4 4

So above given 2^nd index value is 4 for all above print statements.

The correct answer is Ammeter.

Key Points

• Ammeter
  • An ammeter is an instrument that is used to measure the current in the circuit.
  • It measures either direct or alternating electric current, in amperes (A).
  • It has a set of coils with very low resistance and inductive reactance.
  • This allows for very low impedance, the force that opposes electric current.

Additional Information

• Wattmeter
  • The wattmeter is an instrument for measuring the electric active power in watts of any given circuit.
  • Electromagnetic wattmeters are used for the measurement of utility frequency and audio frequency power; other types are required for radio frequency measurements.
• Hygrometer
  • Hygrometer instrument used in meteorological science to measure the humidity or amount of water vapour in the air.
• Pyrometer
  • A pyrometer is a type of remote-sensing thermometer used to measure the temperature of distant objects
